What our fee would be
Our fee is half of the agreed first month's salary — one payment, once the person has started work.
This estimate uses the budget you just gave us; the exact figure is fixed when the salary is agreed.

A note on short and part-time work
Our placement floor is KES 15,000 a month. Budgets below that are fine for genuinely part-time or short-term work — two days a week, a fortnight of relief cover, a one-off event — because the rate is pro-rated to the hours actually worked.
For full-time work the statutory minimum in Nairobi applies in full. What is never lawful is full-time hours at a part-time rate. Tell us the days and hours in the step above and we will set the rate correctly. The 2026 rules →
